How it is examined
How RSK4802 is examined
The examination runs three hours and is set out of 100 marks as four compulsory questions of 25 marks each. Assignments count 30% and the examination 70%. Because every question must be answered, time discipline matters more than depth on any one question: roughly 45 minutes a question, with governance answers anchored in King IV and the Companies Act rather than generalities.
