Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from TheronGroup of Consultants, contactable at unite@theron-group.co.za or on WhatsApp at 063 345 7889.

2. Prices

Prices are in South African rand and are those published on this site on the day you order: a complete module R1 450, notes only R850, a single sitting or assignment pack R320, and tutoring at R450 an hour, R2 400 for a six-session block, or R650 a seat at an examination intensive. The invoice states the price you pay.

3. Ordering and payment

When you order, we email an invoice with a unique payment reference. You pay by EFT using that reference. No card or banking details are collected on this site. An order is accepted when the payment reflects in our account.

4. Delivery

Material is delivered electronically, in Markdown, Word and PDF, to the email address on the order, normally within one working day of the payment reflecting. For a module shown as in build, you are invoiced only when the material you ordered is ready. A complete-module order includes updates issued for your sitting year.

5. The twenty-page guarantee

Read the first twenty pages of any document you order. If they are not better than what you already have, tell us so within seven days of delivery and we will refund the payment in full. There is no form to complete and no reason to justify, and you keep the extract. The guarantee is per order; a refunded order's remaining material may not be used or shared.

6. Your licence

Material is licensed to you for your own study. You may keep it, print it and annotate it. You may not resell it, upload it to a document-sharing site, or share it with other students. Corporate licences are governed by the written scope agreed with the organisation.

7. Academic integrity

Our material is written to be studied from. Model answers show what a full-mark response looks like; they are not for submission. We do not write, complete or submit assessments on anyone's behalf, and tutoring on a live assessment is limited to the underlying concepts. Submitting our material as your own work breaches your institution's rules and these terms.

8. Independence

TheronGroup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any institution whose modules it covers. Module codes are used only to identify the subject. Your tutorial letters, module guides and syllabus outlines are the authority on what is examined.

9. Tutoring

Tutoring sessions are paid in advance. A session can be moved free of charge with 24 hours' notice.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
