1How Auditing for Risk is examined
Each part of the AFR8 guide opens by setting out what the work experience module asks for, the work products that satisfy it, and what a supervisor is signing off.

How it is examined
How AFR8 is examined
The final online examination is set out of 100 marks in two sections. Section A carries 40 compulsory marks built on a set article, which has to be read and applied rather than summarised. Section B carries 60 marks: candidates answer any three of four questions at 20 marks each, so the choice of which question to leave is itself part of the preparation. Case-study assessments run to four questions of 25 marks, each tied back to the facts of the case.
